The beautiful setting has a 3-layer marble non-stick coating with PFOA, Cadmium and Lead Free. The marble surface is made with respect for the environment, so that your food stays full of vitamins and nutrients. The handle is also coated in marble and can be used for roasting or any other dish for the oven. The lid is made of tempered glass with a steam vent which is perfect for viewing dishes while its cook locks in all the nutrients and flavors inside.
